With a little variance in the measurements, I'm guessing they're a lot like this:

Okay but those are too thick as the inside of a base is only 2 mm.

Okay that helps.

Then why not have the base made of one magnet, the measurements are perfect.

Are they easy to cut (gotta account for the slot)?

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Thats a good question, otherwise you can cut the part iff the min and glue it to the surface of the magnet instead??

Most likely not.

Impact! is looking into getting magnets that would fit into a side of a 25mm slotted base (ie they are thin enough that they fit inside a base (ie less than 2mm thickness).

I have a sample of one being sent to me this weekend from a company I talked to.

I wouldn't try to cut the magnets.
First, they are sintered powder and will do very bad things to your saw.
Second, the act of sawing them will greatly reduce theuir magnetic performance.

Do the Street Brawl boards fold down into the same size or smaller than the size of the current Blood Bowl boards?

I'm trying to figure out what size of box to bring to GenCon.

Yes they will be available two times at GenCon.

Once at the Street Bowl tournament on Thursday.

Once on Saturday between rounds at the GenCon Bowl.

Both times they will be $23 a piece.
