Then i can nitromors them and paint em how i want. Just don't tell dave or tim i said that. I still remember their faces when i told em about my res runner that i did that to.

I got all the different minis of this GDteam in my collection. I cant remember right now, how much i paid ( it was a lot for sure

)... but i remember, i went into a small bidding war with a TBB member

but finaly we sorted it out

He got the next team at ebay...
And i remember, i bought my unpainted Lissy cheerleader from Mrs. BigD

So I agree, selling the Cheerleaders as singles could be quite profitable ! I guess, this mini is the rarest LE GW BB mini now.

I alway was very courious about this pro painted team and BigD never showed any picts to me ... and he promised it quite a few time

about the price... i guess, about 175-200 BPS, because getting these minis as singles to build a team is difficult. Normaly you have to buy two GDteams to do so. And here you got enough together including the 2 (!)cheerleaders. And nice painted, too. I knew, BigD paid a lot for this alone !

If you're thinking Dave, I think this team is very bland. All Saurus and Skinks the same color.

well i know how much klipp charges, and if he did it mates rates prolly 150 notes for the painting alone,
but seeing as the cheerleaders can fetch over 50 each it may be worth breaking them off

Since the musicians are not considered part of the actual team I'd break it down like this to sell:

1 Cheerleader
1 Cheerleader
1 Kroxigor (as there is no reason to have 2 Kroxigors in the main team)
The musicians and any other support staff
The main team with Silibili

That would maximize your BPS potential. For example ... I would actually bid pretty aggressively to win the musicians and other support staff as a present for my brother as I've never purchased them so far.

However if they were mixed in with the team as a whole I won't bother.

So if BigD wants to recoup his investment ... break the team down like the above.

Keep it intact. You'll get a buyer who's willing to pony up the bucks for the whole thing. (before anyone asks, no, it's not me) You may have to wait a little while though.

If you're in a hurry, by all means, don't listen to me and break it up. I wouldn't mind another Cheerleader or 2.

Forget what everyone else is saying about the musicians not being part of the original team. They make good support staff and GW added them in when they sold off 50 sets of these guys back in 2000 or 2001-ish. Even on a rare team, support staff and completed positions make a team more desireable. The more I think about it, the more I really don't want to see this set broken up.

Maybe I should by it....

Well I have to increase my value estimation, but after some point diminishing return kicks in.

Overkill? I never thought I'd hear you say that about a team. Oh yeah, there are 12 Skinks, not 10.

With overkill I meant 2 Krox and 10-12 Skinks and two cheerleaders. I'd rather had sold the excess pieces and (part) financed the paintwork with that money in the first place.

BTW I need a Lizzy cheerleader as well, but buying a painted wouldn't help me as I had to strip it and repaint it to fit my Lizardmen team.

2 Krox is one Rookie and one star. Does Sokitoomi still exist?!? I'd have used a different' Krox though.

I don't think 2 cheerleaders is overkill. Too bad they're really to rare to hack up. If I could get another it would be one thing... Reverse paint schemes can fix that though.

0-12 linemen- I usually only do 8 or 9 linemen for a regular team but on these 2 position teams, I like at least 10 if not all 12 of them. Running Skink-heavy (Hobgoblins also come to mind) is kind of a fun way to use these guys and you can fill a roster with 10-12 Skinks and 4-6 Saurus.

It's all about options and this team is maxed out as I think it should be. My personal team looks very similar. I just hope there's more color variation to the skintones. Hint,Dave,hint...
