Renovation budget exceeded! - some stuff still needs to go

Updated this to the current status ... Oh, and added some new stuff as well ...

Pitches:
- Carrot Crunch pitch (in two parts, the pitch parted at the centre fold, but can easily still be used)
- Dutch Open pitch including both dugouts (available seperately if desirable)
- Zlurpee Bowl pitch (#41 out of 46 ever made) including dugouts & poker chips (available seperately if desirable)
- Colleges of Magic roll-up vinyl pitch

All pitches (apart from the Carrot Crunch pitch) are in very good condition and have always been handled with caution. Pictures available on demand.
