before asking for a GA, please take a look on the seller. In your case, he's a TBBer, so a GA is impossible. If I were you I'd delete this tpoic.

it was not in my intention to be rude or to behave wrongly. As you can see I'm a newbie here. Please explain me, why it is not allowed (or not gentle) to call for GA on a auction by a TBB?

If this is really against the TBB nettiquette, I will delete this immediately!

Actually, I really did not look who was selling. I only realized when Evil_Git posted here. Stupid me!

Welcome to the board and happy bidding. I think its more and unofficial thing in that if a TBBer is selling on Ebay then its a GO-FOR-IT auction as a rule so we don't do GAs on those. But you're new and not to know that so I wouldn't worry.

Deleting this topic just makes it easier on the TBB owner and we don't need to have this hanging around.

Anyway, welcome and hope you enjoy it here. Great place with great people.
