Hi there!
I can't remember where I saw this, but I think I saw something about a gentlemen's agreement on this board a while ago.
Maybe I'm wrong, but if I'm not, can I ask how it works and could I ask for it to be applied to this item?

Thank you very much !

Re: Gentlemen agreement??
SBG ... the problem there is that Gentleman's agreement was not supposed to be used when the item up for bid was from a TFF member as a gentleman's agreement would deprive the member of revenue.
The idea was that if something went up for auction from a non-TFF member that we would not bid against each other but agree through PM the max price we were willing to offer.
It didn't work nearly as well as it sounded though ... and I think for the most part its been abandoned ... especially now that names are hidden as to who is bidding on the item.
The Gentleman's agreement had a lot more weight when you could 100% be sure that you were bid up by another TFF member.

Oh and on that auction ... 50% of the profit from the auction goes to the NAF. So you hit two different TFF organizations with that auction.

Understood.
And quite fair, IMHO. I have an amount in mind. I'll bid it and see what goes.
