looks like an artillery crewman to me... loading a ball... certainly not any bb mini i've ever seen...

Thats one of the old Squat minis. One of the 2 different heavy weapon squats wihout the shouldermounted weapon. Someone used this mini as cannonball loader

BTW... I´m a squatcollector, too
