WTB complete Wood Elf team / Where to buy new single models?

My friend wants to buy a full (16 players) Wood Elf team.
I can easily order him a Wood Elf box with 12 players, but I have trouble finding 1x Thrower, 2x Catcher and 1x Treeman to complete the team.

Any help would be appreciated.

For now, you won't be able to buy single minis from GW.

Unfortunately, I already checked Tritex - they are out of stock on Wood Elf Catchers and Throwers ...

Why GW is not selling individual minis right now? Is that supposed to change and when?

I'm not really up to date with the latest GW policy. But it seems that they've removed the possiblity to buy single minis (and Blisters) from their catalagues. I guess they try to save expences and trouble, because you'll need less people if everyone buys boxes only. That's totally stupid for Blood Bowl players, because those team boxes + booster never ever gave you the right choice of minis. We've been forced to buy single minis.

Don't know if this will change. Someone said it might be only a temporary thing, because they're re-designing their mail order/online shop. Personally, I don't believe we will see them again.

GW has had a policy change and stopped selling about 80% of their individual minis for all their games (not just BB).

Impact! UK is working out deals to fix this and offer the individual miniatures.

Send an email to Impact! ( impactminiatures@gmail.com ) with the figures you are looking for and the country you live in and I'll look at the stock we've already purchased and get back to you with a price.

The offer is open ... I just cannot promise that I'll have enough stock to help you.

The cost of getting the initial stock is $14000 USD. Keep in mind two very important variables with that number. 1) Impact! is still in the red overall for the 2 years we've been open. 2) This wasn't a budgeted expense for the year.

Bottom line ... we are scrambling to pull this off as quickly as possible given the budgetary constraits (and the fact that GW doesn't make this relationship simple to say the least).

Impact! UK tried to order some teams yesterday and of the 7 teams we ordered ... 3 of those teams didn't have enough stock on hand to fill our order (and no timeline for when it would be refilled).

So I think this will be hit or miss ... but we'll do the best we can.

So yes ... that offer is open to all if you cannot find a single mini somewhere on the net that you need of GW BB ... email us at Impact! and we'll see if we have it in stock yet. I'm hoping that by middle of August we'll have the full GW line up and running in the store ... I realize that is a bit of a wait (sorry) ... but I promise we are doing the best that we can to service the BB's community need on this point.

I'm sure I'm not alone in saying I appreciate it.

And not just showing it by this, I'm in the process ofputting together an impact order now but I might hold off till the Siringrit are out.

I need about $10k more to fully stock up the GW line. Unfortunately I'm tapped out personally. I've invested $50k of my own money into Impact! at this point and Ramsay and Gavin both have a decent stake in at this point as well. So I don't have $10k to grab from my piggy bank and make this deal happen.

Should be noted that we are not looking for investors. At current rate of sales we should be able to have the full GW line (as much as they are willing to sell our UK store) up and running by August which will not tomorrow is not too horribly long for a wait (give the circumstances). We've have finally gone a full year without losing partners or investors ... I'd like to live it simple and working for now. If you want to help ... order something ...

At this time ... I'm just focusing only on rostered teams for BB not any sideline figures or star players.

The only figures we don't have mapped out at this point to try and carry in the store are figures for the Dark Elf Assassin (the only one I could find in the GW stores was $15 each (OW!)) ... or the Goblin weapons (Bomb/Pogo/Chainsaw) roster players. Other than these 4 positionals ... the rest of the BB roster line we should have in the store in an official GW BB figure or substitute (either white metal or plastic) by August.

So if you have any really good suggestions for affordable options for the Dark Elf Assassin, Goblin Bombardier, Goblin Looney, and Goblin Pogoer with GW figures currently still in the store via the online site for the UK. I'd love to hear the suggestion.

Based on what Impact! UK was able to order ... Orc, Goblin (no B&C yet), Chaos Dwarf (no Mino yet), Nurgle (no Beast yet), and Vampire teams should be fully in the store by end of March. I'm only able to get limited quantities at a time so you might see the figures come in and out of availability. I'll put the GW pages on a pre-order set-up so that when new figures come in ... anyone pre-ordering will be notified immediately.

Based on some partial quantities I already have in stock ... the next 6 teams I hope to have in the store by the end of May are Chaos, Dwarf, Human, Lizardmen, Ogre, Skaven along with the Minotaur, Beast for the Nurgle team, Kroxigor, Rat Ogre, Deathroller, Goblin B&C and either Snotlings or Gnoblars to act as Snotlings.

End of June is planned: Amazon / Dark Elf / Necro / Norse / Undead along with Yhetees

End of July is planned: Elf / Halfling / High Elf / Khemri / Wood Elf along with Treemen
