Looking for some "spare" orcs

Post by Quermitt »

Hi there,

I am looking for some orc models to complete my team box, but when I calculated the price on the GW Online Store, I practically fell to the floor!

Has anybody got one or more of the following models that he wants to part with for a reasonable price? Perhaps even for a trade-in for some other models (I have three times the same blitzer model unfortunately).

Varag Ghoulchewer (old version of this player, holding the pike up high)
Goblin 2 and 4 (one of each)
"Normal" orc models are already taken care of ...

All these models are the 3rd edition (or higher) ones.

Please PM me if you have any of these models.

Cheers!

Should have the linemen and the Black Orc blockers. Will have a look thursday and take a photo of what I have got. Not sure what I need though the only model I want at the minute is the old goblin holding a chainsaw over his head. Let me know what you have to trade but I could always take cash :D I know what you mean about prices it cost me £8.50 for a shop order of one Orc Blitzer and 4 Ork Nob's arms :(

Thanks Dazlamb, but as it turns out I could lay my hands on an entire orc team for a reasonable prize, so I went for that option (leaves plenty of converting possibilities).

Still looking for the two goblins and the old Varag model though ...

I have the varag.

Let me look into the goblins.
I have lots of 2nd edition goblins too...

...I have them.

Of course you're in Belgium so shipping is gonna be a problem. :-?

Don't know if I could save you any money.

Depends on

a) where you live
b) if you will be attending the World Cup
c) what you were thinking to ask for the Varag mini (the gobo's are covered for in the mean time ...)

Thanks for your reply!

Probably not.

Well I am looking for a 3rd ed hobgoblin (don't care which one) or a Goblin Forge Bull Centaur.

If you don't have either one of those for trade you could have it for free as long as you paid to have it shipped, or had somebody come and get it. If there's an American going you could have it sent to him (or he could pick it up if he's close) and he could bring it over.

Seems a lot of trouble for one mini... But there it is if you want it.

Okay, in the mean time somenone has come up with a Varag model (or at least he thinks he has one) and he lives in the Netherlands (a little closer than the USA).

I'm very grateful for your offer and if you can find someone in the States, perhaps someone from your league, who will be attending the World Cup, I can make sure you get a hobgoblin miniature in return.

If not, I'll just take my chances with the Dutch guy, but I always prefer a good trade in of a miniature that is just lying about then a cash solution ...

Looking forward to your reply!
