Is this the 2nd Ed Rare Treeman?

I already have one of these but have noticed this one going on e-bay in the next few hours. I think it may be the rare Treeman figure(?) if any ones interested.

No, it's not. It's the the original LotR Treebeard mini that has been used as the model to sculpt the Blood Bowl Treemen. It's rather common, it shows up on ebay more than any other (BB) Treeman.
