Confrontation

Post by Xtreme »

Anyone familiar with the scale of the dwarf models? Would they work on the pitch? Has anyone tried any conversions yet, if so was it any more difficult then it already looks?

Also any good places to buy from?

They are quite large. They height is about right, but they are quite wide and stocky. I think they would work ok as long as you dont put any other GW dorfs on your squad. I'll try to remember to snap a pic later when I'm home.

yeah, I have often looked at Rackham stuff for BB conversions, the height is fine, but I agree they are much bulkier than usual... as long as the whole team is Rackham then you'll be fine, but mixing and maching will result in a very poor overall result...

and be warned the minis are pretty expensive if you plan to build a whole team...

GriffOberwald69 from Italy has done some liovely conversions, drop him a line and see if he can send you some pics..
