SATURDAY DINNERS:
Sidrería Galtzagorri (Maximum 70 people):
Cod omelet
Chorizo cooked in cider
Blood sausage with red peppers
T-bone steak
Walnuts and quince for dessert
Unlimited cider from the barrels
Beer pitchers, bottled water, etc., available upon request
€39.5 per person
Txoko Piperrak (Maximum 90 people):
Mixed salad
Iberian ham
Assorted croquettes
½ portion of cod pil-pil (basque olive oil sauce)
½ portion of entrecôte with garnish
DESSERT & COFFEE
Drinks: Rioja Crianza, rosé, Rueda wine, beer, etc.
1 bottle for every 2 people.
€32.5 per person
SIGNING UP FOR SATURDAY DINNERS:
On March 14th at 00:00h (GMT+1)—which is the night from Thursday to Friday—we will open the registration forms for dinner reservations. Each person filling out the form will be able to sign up multiple people, so there is no need for individual registrations. The team captain or any designated person can register the whole team and/or companions (partners, etc.).
As always, remember that this dinner is meant for players and their companions. It is not an event for signing up your entire friend group if they are not part of the tournament.
Since there is limited capacity—90 spots at Txoko Piperrak and 70 at the Sidrería—if you want to attend one of these dinners, we recommend signing up as soon as possible. Spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once you fill out the form, you will receive an email with payment details.
It is possible that the form may allow you to register, but later you receive an email informing you that the spots were actually filled earlier and that there is no availability. This happens due to the nature of the WIX platform, where our website is hosted.
If this is the case, we will suggest a couple of nice places for you to have dinner, but the reservation will be up to you.

This update clarifies what is a Casualty: any miniature from the opposing team that ends the match in the Death & Injured spot or any miniature that was healed by the oposing team's apo.

some information:
1) On May 1st we will put on the web the excel file for you to put the data of the 4 or 5 coaches as well as the rosters. Then you will have until the 1st of June to send it to us by mail.
2) The dinner at the Txoko Piperrak still has places available. We will leave it open until the 1st of July.
3) On the 10th of May we will post information about the Charity Raffle so that you can buy tickets before the tournament in case you can't come to the tournament (where you can also buy tickets) and you want to participate. If you want to donate something, send us an email to bilbaliteamscup@gmail.com or bring it directly the weekend of the tournament.

- Coach's NAF Nickname
- Coach's NAF number
- Coach's Roster
You have to fill in this information in the sheet of each of the packs and the first cover sheet will be updated by itself and there you don't have to touch anything EXCEPT INDICATE WHO IS THE CAPTAIN.
SAVE THE FILE WITH THE NAME OF THE SQUAD

Here you have the description of the Guided Tours we offer around Bilbao for the players' companions. So your better half can do something different besides going to the beach
Choose which tours you are interested in, for how many people and fill in the form. After doing so and clicking on Send, a message will appear saying that we have received your form and we will contact you in the next few days.
This form will remain active until 15 June.

Walk along the banks of the estuary and Casco Viejo.
Pintxo-pote during the walk (more or less 6 pintxos, drinks, coffee and sweets).
