Dukes Summer Bowl 25 - July 12th 2025 - Pontypool

Duke’s Summer Bowl ‘25 is a one day Blood Bowl tournament which will take place in Pontypool, South Wales on Saturday 12th July 2024.

The tournament will be a resurrection style, meaning all injuries and player deaths etc will reset after each round.

Venue: Dukes Gaming, 135 Osborne Road, Pontypool, NP4 6LT

Cost: £20 for NAF members / Non NAF members need to sign up to the NAF before attending

Player Cap: 22 players

Food: Food is not included in the ticket price, however hot food and snacks are available to purchase at the venue. Duke’s Gaming is located in Pontypool Town centre and there are a number of places for food. Please note, no food or drink is allowed to be brought into the venue.
Ruleset

Team building
Coaches are given 1,200,000 for the purposes of selecting players, re rolls, sideline staff and purchasing any inducements permitted. This is completely separate from the inclusion of additional skills, which will be covered under the "Skills Package" section.

Star players can be selected once 11 players have been rostered on the team at the cost of 12 SPP per player. Star players that come as a pair cost 24 SSP.

Inducements
All inducements from the 2020 rulebook and Deathzone with the exception of Mercs and Special Play Cards

Skills package
We will use GW tiering
Tier 1 - 42 SPP
Tier 2 - 48 SPP
Tier 3 - 54 SPP

No player can have more than two skills.
No random skills.
No stat increases.

List lock
Lists will be locked three days before the event (12th July) to check for any mistakes and let people make relevant changes.

Scoring
Scoring is 3-1-0 with tie breakers as SoS followed by net TD+cas
