Adhansa:
In the top of this thread i have written down which coaches has shown interest for the eurobowl. And i can keep updating it if you want to. Make all the coaches from the MAFOC show their interest here also. As sweden is a wast country and there is no tradition for having a swedish championship you might wanna use fummbl to make some kind of qualification turnament.

im been playing BB for over 10 years in malmö, and i think it will be fun event to play in. meeting other coaches and see diffrent defenses and so on.
the mafoc league have been in that development, from playing the very first time to now, and still coaches comes up with ideas.
I can promise you guys, that you will grow immensely as coaches from a tourney like this, as it includes a wide host of the best Table Top coaches in the world.
At the World Cup that was just held, the first 10 places were primarily made up of coaches, that either have been playing Eurobowl or are at the team at present.

mafoc´s dungenbowl is going to be played the 14th jan.
I will look into this and see if it can be pressured into my tight schedule :)

Unexpectedly, it seems I might make the move to southern latitudes. I might be in for this one. Please allow another few weeks for me to confirm new job, house, etc.

Adhansa, if there are spots left, my profile is the following:
I play reasonably well with Dark Elves and Undead. Also Chaos and Khemri, but they are rather uncompetitive. Could do Orcs if I get more practice in.
Will likely have enough spare time to travel down to Malmö for team-building and pre-tourneys.
Know a few of the internationals well enough to get us seats at the drinking games (will have to put in some serious practice here though - my max volume has deteriorated a lot since leaving the UK).

DOUBT - Formerly Europe's northernmost Blood Bowl tournament.
BUBBLE - Umeå's premiere Blood Bowl league.

Never get into a drinking contest with a Dane! :o

Would be interested to see if the Swedes can beat Denmark in a mustache-off though. :D

I haven't made any desicions at all so far. I have a few thoughts and hade made a preliminary roadmap in my head. First is to see how much intrest there is to see how competitive we have to be in the team selection. Second is to if nessesary find the competions where a team spot offering can be won. Then i have to come up with a way to make those who have gotten spots commit early on so that dont get in a position where i have work alot to get a team ready last-minute.
The base of the team will be MAFOC-members, only becaurse of workload reasons, but i will come up with ways so that there will be some ways open into the team nomatter where in Sweden you live or in what shape you play BloodBowl. A mix about 4/4 MAFOCS/others is what im aiming at, depending on the interest.

Seems fine to me. TFF should be the usual channel for finding the extra coaches. I tried fumbbl, you might wanna try it too. Apart from that I don't know much about Swedish tabletop bloodbowl. Some of my family lives in Lund so i might take a trip by you Malmø coaches. Im pretty sure of a spot for the danish team, so unless my fellow swedes needs help i won't compete for a spot here.

Adhansa that seems like a very good model actually.

We (the Danes) started out with players from one league and then slowly opened more and more up for new guys.
It´s important to keep the binding of the spirit together too - so everything isn´t thrown to the ground after all that hard work.

whern´t most of the danish coaches from " Aros " league. and the the copenhagen guys got into the team for the last tournament.
the mafoc has a northen league to, 2 coaches moved away to stockholm, linköping so getting guys from the pbbl to play some BB vs those i dont see impossible.

I think it was 4 or 5 years ago i got to participate for the first time. Some years its been only aros players as the Copenhagen players didn't have time or something ...

Hey, Malmö coaches, me and topper might come over to malmö here if you want, maybe more coaches (for some inter-nordic-bloodbowl-bonding) if there are spots and so on. Is there a telephone number for one of the swedes or skype or something? I have made an account on your forums so we can chat in Swedish. morsning korsning :)
