Please be reminded that the deadline for submitting the rosters is next week Friday (August 16). Some of you have submitted their rosters already. If you have submitted your roster to this email address (registration@nafworldcup2019...), please send it again to the official email address worldcup4@sbbm-turniere.com, since it seems that some emails did not get through to us.

Please be also reminded that there will be strict sanctions on squads which have submitted their roster after the 16th. This can be either not allowing any extra skills or us picking rosters for you (and they won't be pleasant to play with).

So please send them in time!

Once we have put them all online (no later than August 30), you will have a chance to look through your rosters online and let us know if there are any errors. You will then have until the 30th August to let us know if there are errors in your rosters; afterwards no corrections will be allowed. Only obvious errors or errors which have occured during upload are valid errors -- this will NOT be a possibility to artificially extend the roster submission deadline.

Especially coaches participating at the German Team Bowl are strongly reminded about the deadline on the 16th and NOT after the GTB is over.

On a less strict topic: Airport shuttle bus booking page will be closed on September 1. No bookings can be done afterwards since we will have to book the busses on September 2.

Please remember to send the rosters to worldcup4@sbbm-turniere.com and use version 3.2.2 if possible.

Any chance to have the full list or confirmation that we are on the list for the shuttle bus? It will be nice to have an email confirmation or similar instead of realise once we arrive to Zurich that for any error we aren't in the list

everybody who signed up on the bookings page is on the list. I will send confirmations in September after we booked all buses and we know the exact times of each bus. As long as you have registered with your NAF number you will be on that list

I want them in the proper format in ONE Excel file. The template is on the website (Goodies -> Download), currently version 3.2.2.

Please take a look at the voucher, which I have sent to every captain to see which coach has which position in the Excel sheet (hint: coach ID on the voucher)

Rename the entire file to you 3-digit-hexcode-squad ID, all IDs start with a "B". No team name no generic name, just the 3 letters/numbers

Also: do NOT rename the tabs of the Excel, they must stay in the format BxxA01 through BxxA07. If you don't have a 7th coach, leave the last one blank, DO NOT DELETE the 7th tab.

I completely missed the part regarding the coach id and that they should relate to a specific position on the roster sheer.

I don't think you have to. We will be asked after round 1 draw end of the month, I think. That is in the last newsletter I believe.
