Pro Dwarfs

OK, I'm sat in front of a computer at work typing in results. Seemingly all day.
Is it any wonder my mind drifted?
"I like the second ed. dwarfs...they've done a second ed style elf team...what if they changed the dwarf team...nah...that sucks...what if there was a second dwarf roster...if we can have FOUR elf rosters, three human rosters and three undead rosters why not?"

In short (pardon the pun)...I came up with this...
0-12 Linedwarfs 5/3/2/9 Block, Thick Skull 60k
0-4 Blitzers 5/3/3/9 Block, Sure Hands, Thick Skull 90k
0-4 Blockers 3/4/1/9 Tackle, Mighty Blow, Thick Skull 80k
All get Gen and Str skills. Rerolls 40k

Probably crap, but what the hell...its just for fun.

I don't like the idea of ST 4 dwarfs - they are meant to be ST 3 with lots of skills and high AV. This is the "theme" of the dwarf team IMO.

I have done also a 2nd Edition Style Dwarven team a few months ago ...

If you are interested in new ideas just PM me and I'll send you the File.

IMO many of the older Rosters were far better than the ones we have now.

Actually, I kind of like this team. And I'm definitely convinced that we need another dwarf team.

I'm afraid this just won't do, Thadrin. Your roster is entirely too balanced for publication in BB Mag. Perhaps you should include an Ogre and a few Bull Centaurs to irritate the WFB enthusiasts. Then after several months of arguing, we can come back to this reasonable suggestion.

2nd edition style Dwarf team?

Oh you mean use the stats for the 3rd edition Orc team?

(At least what I understood is that in 2nd edition orcs had the same stats as humans and Dwarfs were slightly slower and better armoured...)

I think it might be a good project to make the Chaos Dwarves a Dwarven team. They can have what, 6! Its a damn Hobgoblin team.

No tackle on the line, No Dauntless and the BLOCKERS the only ones without Block? Nazgit, man, what are you thinking!?!

I have had no real interest in the Brettonian discussion but something along one of their lines for Dwarves, but what about a Dwarf team with more AG3 and Dump Off?
