Ithilkirs Alliance rules

Quick idea, unplaytested, yadda, yadda...
Re-Rolls: 90,000 for each
At the teams creation you must pick what alliance you want (Dark, Old or Lustrian), then pick a primary race from the appropriate table following the guidelines below for primary races. You may then add a secondary race from the same table and finally you can add a tertiary race from either the same alliance table or the Neutral alliance table.
PRIMARY RACES:
The primary races roster remains unchanged and you can hire upto 16 players from them. Goblins and Halflings if included in an alliance must be taken as the primary race.
SECONDARY RACES:
Secondary races have the position quantities halved, so a side with a Human secodnary race would only be allowed to hire 2 human blitzers instead of the usual 4. A maximum of 8 players may come from the secondary race.
TERTIARY RACES:
Tertiaty races have the position limits divided by four, if this takes a position to less than one, then you may NOT hire that position. For example a side with a Human Tertiary race would only be able to hire one Human blitzer. Norse, Minotaurs, Trolls, Treemen, Kroxigors and Ogres must be taken as tertiary races and you can take a maximum of one big guy. You may still not have more than one 'big guy' on the team regardless of the other allied races.
APOTHECARIES:
Apothecaries can only be used on primary races, they just aren't skilled enough to know that many anatomies and methods of healing.
