I guilt such a team about 5 years ago, I'll have to dig it up. On thing you're ignoring here is all the conventions of Blood Bowl team rosters. Compare a human team to an actual NFL team... there's not much in common. Same goes here. Take the flavour of the Rugby team and melt it down into something Blood Bowl.
