A guy in my league has a hobbo team, each of the 16 players being named after one of the coaches in the league (usefully, 16 last season.)

Last I checked he was onto the second of me...

well, to be honest I would like to follow on from Chet and say that I would volunteer for kicking duties

stat line 4 2 5 7, kick, side step, nerves of steel, pro

I won't cost that as I have no clue how. Anyone?

That's 11 players...we need 5 more...comparing the list to the regular posters, if we were to use the top 16 posters as team members then we're missing Voyagers, Ancalagon, Longshot, McDeth, Neo, lucien and Prince Lucy. That's 7, but Piepgrass and Deputy Dawg are only n the twenties on the poster league. That said, Anca and Longshot are far from regular posters these days.

Its almost tempting to say to everyone in the top 16 "Right, grab a mini to represent yourself and we'll put the team together online!"

(Plus Johnny P can do the coach model....)

so, i actually looked at the total posts rundown today for the first time in ages... and all i want to know is, exactly how many posts a day do galak and dw make! i mean, i thouhgt i just sat here making countless innane comments all day and all it gets me is 1/5 of their total! man... guess i have soemthing to aspire to...

it fells like i've made way more than 350 posts... maybe it's because i delete many of my most pointless ones shortly after making them... if someone deleted all of my pointless posts, i'd only have 3 left...

Run program ... wait .... check TalkBB while waiting
Download 20 meg of zipped data for client ... wait ... check BBC and GW Forum while waiting
Run 15 minute program against 1/2 gig of data ... wait .. check TalkBB again.
Go on 1 hour conference call ... where my piece is 5 minutes ... answer all my email, take a couple of PBeM turns, and check TalkBB while listening to everyone else.

Multi-tasking ... ain't life grand.

i check it all the time... (i'm the perpetually present "hidden" member online at all times so i don't have to start a new browser session, eh) ...

...i guess the fact that i rarely input on rules-related topics (unless they relate to base rings or team design) keeps me down in the lower-ranks of chronic posters.... there aren't enough off-topic topics for me

It's a shame so many of the 'user joined dates' are screwed. Average posts per day are pretty low if you been registered here since 31 Dec 1969!

FWIW, myself and Galak are still averaging under 4 posts daily...I reckon there must be others around that mark, they just haven't been here as long...

Being a fairly good second baseman, I qualify for those skills !
