Got a great idea and/or proposal for BloodBowl?

Because the Skaven kicker can get skills to make him superior to the Gutter Runner. Also the Gutter while having the AG edge, suffers a -1 distance penalty compared to the Skaven Kicker.

Last I checked, BBMag3 wasn't available in the colonies, so I can't read about how dwarfs suck. I can, however, look at my experience playing against a dwarf team. The dwarfs in my league are 7-0 this season, a commanding start. I admit, the coach playing them is one of the best BB players I've ever had the pleasure to lose to, but the dwarfs are still good. He's got a real Power Offense, using his 9 players with guard to always get big blocks. Dwarfs have super-cheap rerolls, so he doesn't have too many turnovers, and his only real weakness is his lack of move and ag. He's got two guys with MA6 AG3, and two with MA5 AG3. So naturally, those are the guys that get fouled and such. So add ing another guy who can pick up the ball and occasionally receive handoffs or dodge is a Big Deal.

Overall, I really like the newer kicking rules (triangle range), but I prefer the substituting of a passer for a kicker over this idea.

Also Dain the 2.3 beta version of the PBeM tool has the rules programmed.

Agreed Haar ... like I said this has long been a topic that Thradin wanted (ie a separate Dwarf kicker) and this was what my league voted for as well given the choices.

We'll test it and see how it flies.

That may be Galak but I ran several kicks through the PBeM software and I will never use a skaven kicker over a gutter runner. Especially once the gutter runner gets a doubles roll. I did it over and over and over and the gutter runner was consistantly better than the kicker.
Could be because the PBeM software has a nasty habit of making rerolls fail. It seems like you are better off doing it right the first time.

That may be true, good sir. But the side point here is that normally scoring FGs is not the best course to victory.
