Nice looking figure, but how big is it? Those bases are 30mm across, and it looks to me like the figure is taller than the base is wide.

It has a good paint job on it, but the same painting takes away any idea of details of the mini.

No, I wouldn't use this one as a D'Elf assassin. Mainly due to the fact that the mini appears to be carrying a rope and grapnel rather than any kind of assassinesque weaponry. There are some really nice Reaper mini's out there that are far better suited.
