Reaper has some "Goat Demons" in their Warlord line:

They are very dark crystal-ey, I think they are nice. But many people would probably confuse them for lizardmen, seeing as they are very close to saurus temple gaurds, I mean in their wardrobe.

Not that cheap, but might be an fine alternative for beastmen.

$5 each.. and very cool. I'd consider using them as my sauruses. We have a stockist down the road, I'll check them out later.
