Need help to identify some old minis

Hi, I'm currently selling most of my non-BB related stuff. During that process I came upon some minis that I can't id. Can someone please help me?

Tech Gang? Are those for Rogue Trader the legendary RPG?

He looks like a Space Marine in a MK IV (?) armor, but is he a Sarge? a Psyker?

The first ones are I think made for GW's pre-necromunda game Confrontation, the second one is an old Space Marine:

The 2nd is a very old space marine Inquisitor model if im right. I was after that model about 10 years ago.
