Witch Elves buy/trade

I'm looking for two Witch Elves - #1 and #5 in the pic (counting from the left):

I have witch elf #2 and #4 in the picture that I'd be happy to trade. Otherwise I have some different BB minis to spare (ask) or a little paypal. I'd prefer a trade and I'd prefer to get both at once as double postage will make them too expensive compared to GW's asking price.
