You mean 'StreetParty USA', the Streetbowl tournament to be held at GenCon? I hear its going to rock. I also hear the guy running it is a stud.

More info StreetParty USA

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I belive this is the first Streetbowl tournament on this side of the pond.

Right you are! It's the Premier Street Bowl Event this side of the Atlantic. Imagine a block party where all hell breaks loose. Now you get the idea!

After 6 rounds of action on August 10, we stumble to the local inns.

Note that fouling is still pretty badly broken in these rules, so you might want to house-rule it.

With Norse, we are working on an update but I'm afraid, not in time, for this. I'd be curious to see how you house rule it. :)

Geez Gorbad, stop fielding pansy teams and you will find that fouling is NEVER broken..

I had a field day fouling with halflings at the Partenstein Streetbowl, happily taking advantage of the fact that fouling was broken.

But seriously, nothing should be riskfree, and the fact that people were praying _not_ to spot a foul was a slight indication that all was not perfect.

The rest of the rules is good clean ("gravel-filled wounds" style clean) fun

give me your lineup Gorbad, I'm playing Flings.

Thanks for the support tom. I'm picking my Impact! board at gencon.

Err... I took two trees, and filled up with halflings? :-?

We also allowed ingredients, so I took a few of those (and then succeeded in _not_ taking two rerolls from the amazons....)

Mmmmm, 2 trees filled up with halfings, just chuck them on the BBQ to broil for 15 minutes..

as L-X said, we will work on new LRB5 compatible rules for SB very soon -this will give us a chance to fix any of the "broken" rules and make sure new skills are incorporated etc..

and don't worry, I'll be sure the new rules still match the Impact! pitch perfectly..
