UtakHai wrote:The tourney is over and I like to thank the organisers for their effort they put in this tournament, everything worked smoothly and I enjoyed every second of it very much. Also I would like to thank my opponents for such a great time. I`ve never seen a dwarfen runner picking up a ball in a tacklezone, throwing it on a 6 (LB), catching it in a tacklezone with a blitzer, dodging two times on a 4+, making 2 go for its and score and all without a reroll while my mouth stood wiiideee open ;)
The last game was the toughest against Mick Moon and his Undead breed, we fought like crazy until the end and the ball changed side almost every turn. In the end it was a fair 1-1, but surely it was an extreme defensive battle, where the mummies cased my necros all the way through, but they ever managed to regenerate :) I' ll be back ;)
With 2 wins, 1 loss (against Sputnik) and a tie I finished 9th, so I was pleased with that result.
If there will be a second Phönix Cup next year, I will surely attend...

Thanks to everybody I meet there and talked to, see you on the next tournament, maybe the B7...

cheers,
Utak
nothing more to say, it was great.
my 1:0 win against cd was funny even with 5:0 cas. gobbos for teh win :D
