On a more sensible note to do with Spiky, I notice some changes this year. We seemed to be allowed apoths this time but anyone know the situation on skills?

I am sure I read the rules and it says "a skill after each game". But then a post of Ace2K said "skill before game 1" so I am not sure which is right?

thx @nazgit for the link.. unluckyly it seems i was too late.. so i ended up with a 45GBP per night room.. booked for 2 people.. so if anyone still needs a stay for a night or more and wants to share with me, lemm know..

Well, since Mika's suggestion was that I would "sneak into" her group's room without anybody noticing I could very well be up for sharing with you Candlejack. Not that I would neither mind sneaking into a lady's hotel room at night

nor staying at the hotel for free (plus I think the whole idea is really funny), but to be on the safe side I reckon I better have a legal alternative.
Thanks to Mika for the offer, but I wouldn't want to have to think of a plan B when the nightman refuses me in the hotel lobby!

Would it be OK for you, Candle, to pay for the third night yourself since I will be going back on Sunday?

Spencer_The_Rover is coming by train, leaving from Cambridge about 5 so arrive about 7.

Glum is coming from York. Dunno arrival time.

And Pippy (Looney Toadquack) is undertaking a mammoth fare-dodging journey from Newcastle to Reading with regular phone calls on his progress/hiding in toilets/ejections from the train.

Bleh I land in heathrow at 8am the saturday morning, so looks like I may have to miss this.

May well take a team with me to miami and seeing how I feel in the morning, may come along rather than heading home.
