OBBLM Import XML

I was trying to use this earlier today, has anyone got a exmaple xml file that they managed to get to work. I'm sure its just one error in my XML that's causing it to not work but I can't seem to locate it.

Still not managed to get it to work. Gave up and just added the team manually and then updated their SSP.
