The app has english translation
(just for knowledge: can't you see the difference in the Market page?)

The market page in my browser is in English, but that may be because I am logged in to my google account.
And the NSA know it...

LOL actually it doesn't if you are a US citizen... the control is on the infedels... (EDIT: I saw now you're from UK, so Yes, the NSA knows, sorry)
To staying in topic, that could be because now I've made US-english as the default language. Do I know why the market shows the italian page even if I put on the english translation? No I don't.
Any comment would be much appreciated!

On topic, I've no idea why you're getting the Italian page. Works fine for me in English.
