HELP!!!!!!!!! PbeM meltdown!!

Ok I am in the REBBL league and am in my first game. I have the 2.3 beta B but it keeps freezing on me!! I get near the end of my turn and it always freezes!! I need some help from someone badly. The last turn went so so but the turn before I tried typing and it would only show parts of the words, and would freeze for 4-5 seconds at a time. Now I just want to get this turn done but I dont know what to do.
