Winzip buggered

Hi,

Since last week, I'm having a lot of problems with zipping game files. Well, it's my opponents who are having trouble unzipping the files actually. They receive a zipped file but when they try to open it it turns out to be a plain text file which they can't download or something (it's all scrambled)
Someone suggested my version of Winzip is corrupt, so I downloaded the newest version, but that didn't help.

Anyone have any ideas/suggestions because, frankly, I'm at a loss.

Check the encoding settings in your mail program. Mail has to be sent as plain text and any binary file is therefore converted to text. I'm not a big wizard on these things, but it seems a more likely explanation something's wrong in this area than problems with winzip.
