please help me i am an idiot-i cant make fummbl work

ok!-the crux of the problem is this...i am a computer moron and really need an idiots guide to making this work.I have downloaded tons of java stuff but cant seem to bring it all together.I thought that for the first few times at least to just spectate a few games but when i try i get problems with temp internet folders and get a bit lost after that.yes i know i am a fool but i am strangely drawn to keep trying to make this d**n thing work!Are there any sympathetic members out there who can help please?
