It seems like there are no forums for posting announcements about F2F leagues, just tournaments and online leagues. Kind of silly. So here is the (slightly) offtopic post about the Oakland Blood Bowl League.
The Oakland Blood Bowl Leage, based at the game store EndGame in
Oakland, CA is starting a new season and is looking for new coaches.
We play two to three Tuesdays a month, on a fixed schedule, and are a
mostly vanilla LRB league. (With one or two exceptions)
The new league preseason starts today and continues to mid-january (for
new teams to get practice and advances before the games start counting
for standings), and the regular season will go from mid-january to the
end of may, with playoffs and the all star game in June.
