Dutch open venue!

Post by Princelucianus »

Place A: Good tables, In the city center, Euro 600, No smoking. Easily reachable, close to hotels & Legendz.
Place B: Slightly better tables, 15-20 minutes outside the centre, Euro 40-450 (excess money can be used to order food in), Is trying to outsmart the law and permitt smoking in one hall (but might fail), More difficult to reach, 30-40 minutes away from hotels & Legendz(center hotels that is). Parking prizes are lower.

Just checking if there seems to be an obvious preference.

as long as its cheapish and not too much hassle to get too then that would be best no?

15-20 mins outside walking, trams or skipping?

Since I don't smoke I don't really mind either way. If place B has a possibility to park without paying € 50,= I prefer place B.

there's a place in Amsterdam with no hotel within 30 mins?

I'd go with madhobbit ... if parking is free, place B.

Ask me again after i've seen place A in the Euro Bowl (correct?)

Voted B for the cheaper parking and hoping it might be closer to a Railway station. If it's somewhere near the ZuidTak it's better for me. But TBH it doesn't matter where. Preferably no smoking during the games and an option to smoke somewhere for the smokers after the games. Yep I'm a no smoker.! :smoking:

You win prizes for parking? They're higher in the centre because of the danger of driving into canals while stoned, right? :D

Seriously, I'd rather stay more central, it's where most of us foreigners will be staying....

Alternatively myself and LF will play in Legendz and our opponents can be sent to and fro by taxi.... :smoking:

No comments about what my last visit to the Netherlands was about, I still maintain it was to see my GW mates and family in Rotterdam and that's that!!!!! 8) :smoking:
