Scrumpy Cup III: Live from the Hobbit Hole (May14th) - NEILWAT WINS

Introduction:
This is a free tournament. That's partly because hobbits like to give presents to other people on their birthdays, and also because I will be gratefully receiving donations for the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance in place of a ticket cost.

Location:
My house - this is in Somerset, in a small village 10 minutes from Taunton and the Junction 25 of the M25 - details will be provided to attendees.

Food:
I'm going to sort some food, most likely a chilli. If you have allergies, let me know asap!

Schedule:
Game 1 @ 10am
(2 hours 15 allowed per game, at which point they will be called)
Game 2 @ whenever we're all ready to start
Game 3 whenever we're all ready to start

Scoring:
30 points for a win
15 points for a draw
Tie breaker SoS
1 bonus point added per random skill taken (awarded at end of tourney, which means that at the end of the tourney, the first rie breaker is the number of random skills)

Team Building:
1.15 to build a team
Inducements limited to Riotous Rookies, Bribes and Halfling Masterchef
Tier 3 teams may take one star player.

Tier 1 - 30 SPP
Tier 2 - 42 SPP
Tier 3 - 54 SPP
(note: tiers are as per rulebook)

SPP may be spent in any way allowable by the rule book, with the caveat that no team may have more than 3 instances of the same skill. Random skills will be rolled before each game in front of your opponent. If a fourth version of the same skill is rolled, it will be rerolled. Chosen skills are to be selected after random skills are rolled, but all random skills must be rolled simultaneously.

Note: Random skills will be rolled before each game, for added hilarity.
