It is indeed on, Andy We'll be running it atm with a cap of 16 coaches to make sure we have plenty of space.

I am in

In view if the current situation re: COVID-19, in the first instance:

- we’ll cap places at 16 for now to make sure we have plenty of space. I’ll review the situation in August re: adding a couple more spaces.
- I’ll get hold of some masks/hand gel for the day.

- One spot remaining atm! Obvs numbers may increase nearer the event.

I’ll make a reserve list and then if anyone drops out/numbers get increased people we’ll work down the reserves in order.

- To minimise people having to gather around the admin desk, we’ll have a WhatsApp/Fb group where I’ll send out the fixtures for each round.

All 16 spots are currently filled. Please do get yourself on the reserve list if you want to come though.

Please can let me know where you’re coming from so I can keep an eye on local lockdowns etc.

Given the latest government advice we’ll have to keep an eye on what EG say re: whether we can go ahead on the 19th. Hopefully they’ll put an update out asap.

As seemed inevitable, the Slam will need to be postponed. Once things settle again I’ll try and find a date to get it back in the diary, hopefully by the end of the year but hard to say atm obvs.
