Announcement time!

Thrudball will be back for its 15th installment, but due to Covid19 it will be running on fumbbl as part of the NAF live series.

More information about this will come out shortly.

However, we are still going to be running out traditional raffle and auction to raise funds for Roy Castle Lung Cancer foundation and the Sussex Snowdrop trust.

Raffle prizes will be listed in our fb page, and the auction items will go live on there a week before the fumbbl event. As soon as they are live, you can submit your blind bid on each item via direct message to our Facebook page or Twitter account (please use the item number followed by your maximum bid).

At 5pm on Saturday 25th July, we will close the bidding, and work out who has won what and for what price. The winners of the items, and winners of the raffle, will be announced at 8pm via Facebook, Twitter and on TFF. We may even create a live video for the announcement. Winners will have until 1st September 2020 to pay for their items, and can also pay for their items to be shipped at cost, or can collect from Thor at any of the many events around the UK and Europe he attends.

All funds collected from this auction and raffle (after postage) will be donated across to our charities once all payments have been recieved. Glowworm has recently joined our team to oversee the financial side of the event, and he is the one who will be chasing you is you do not pay.

If you would like to donate anything to this awesome event, please get in touch as soon as possible.

If you are donating items, please do not send the actual items to us, but send good photos of them. This way we can get them sent directly from you to the winners, saving time and money in the process.

If you are donating services, please message us describing in detail what you are offering.

Thanks everyone, and good luck!

If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch. Rules pack should be online soon.

Saturday breakfast, lunch & bbq dinner, Sunday breakfast and Lunch. We will attempt to cater for all dietary requirements (the vegans/vegetarians last year particular love the thai green curry for lunch on the saturday), but if we can't, then a portion of the ticket money will be refunded (only happened once in 15 years afaik)

I think I might be able to come to my first Thrud.
Keep one of those bottom bunk beds free, I can't use the top due to altitude sickness

I should be there, all being well. Per conversations over the weekend Andy, can you confirm what bunkbed rooms were available at the venue?

The 36 bunks are split into 4 and 8 man rooms. If you and friends want to book a complete room, please let me know (4 man room for the weekend would be 100 quid, if you want the entire room, even if you only have 3 people in it for instance), and we cannot allow more people than the number of bunks in the room to stay in the room (sorry!)

Question : do you have showers at the new venue ?
