talkNUFFLE Borak Bowl I - London - 20th July 2019
Posted: Tue Mar 19, 2019 8:42 pm
Welcome to talkNUFFLE Borak Bowl I - in place of what used to be the 2nd annual Hard 6 Super Bowl. We have taken over responsibility for this hallowed event from the legendary Jay and the Hard 6 team. We thank Jay for all he has done and promise to do our best to maintain his exceptionally high standards!
Borak Bowl will continue in the same vein as the Super Bowls, but with a chaotic theme! So prepare for mutations, mayhem, a multitude of great prizes and a party atmosphere! We hope you'll forgive us, but since our new venue has a lovely outdoor patio and grill, we've decided to provide a BBQ in place of pies for lunch at Borak Bowl I.
Speaking of the venue, the biggest change to the Super Bowls of old has been the venue. We’ve moved to Magic Madhouse London, in Hackney Wick. This is a fantastic, bespoke gaming venue, as I'm sure attendees of Super Bowl VI will attest! It also has it's own licensed bar. We intend to keep the party going all evening, so do plan to stick around after the sports are over.
There will be coverage of the event provided by the talkNUFFLE podcast and Tackle Zone. We’d also like to thank Exit 23 Games for providing a beautiful Zenobian Zeniths Fantasy Football Team, which will be painted by Adam Cunis as a prize. Due to Borak Bowl's chaotic theme it will be the Norse expansion.
