Talk Fantasy Football

Welcome to the talkNUFFLE Super Bowl - previously the Hard 6 Super Bowl. We have taken over responsibility for this hallowed event from the legendary Jay and the Hard 6 team. We thank Jay for all he has done and promise to do our best to maintain his exceptionally high standards!

Super Bowl VI will continue in the same vein as previous iterations. So prepare for mayhem, a multitude of great prizes, a party atmosphere and most importantly…PIE!!!

The biggest change this year will be the venue. We’re moving to Magic Madhouse London, in Hackney Wick. This is a fantastic, bespoke gaming venue with it’s own licensed bar and state-of-the-art kitchen…for… PIE!!! We intend to keep the party going all evening, so do plan to stick around after the sports are over.

There will be coverage of the event provided by the talkNUFFLE podcast and Tackle Zone. We’d also like to thank Exit 23 Games for providing a beautiful Zenobian Zeniths Fantasy Football Team, which will be painted by Adam Cunis as a prize.

Super Bowl VI is limited to 40 players. To reserve your place please purchase a ticket by sending £22 to loyn@me.com. Include your NAF name and number in the notes. This payment will include NAF membership if you are not already signed up. Once we are full you will be placed on a reserve list, which will be clearly indicated on the talk fantasy football forum here: viewforum.php?f=59

Please note that no refunds will be given after 13th January 2019. On this date all those remaining on the reserve list not allocated a place will be refunded.

I'd have liked to come to this, but it's full. Less than one day after being posted it was last edited and is already running a reserve list. As it was posted after lunch 31st Dec and full by 1st Jan afternoon, I was drunk the entire time this was open. Also not traditionally a time I am seeking to fill my tourney calendar, but maybe others lives are different.

I sense people knew of this before this posting, and having been at the last 2 superbowls I'm a little disappointed not to have been emailed/asked.

Oh well.

PurpleChest, have no fear! We are doing all we can to accommodate regular Super Bowlers since the mailing list was unfortunately lost in the handover. You’re in! Even up at number 35

Any others keen please let me know, it looks like those on the reserves will currently get in anyway and we’ll do all we can to accommodate everyone!
