Pipey, your rules PDF has a link to the CRP, but the link is for GW's page which no longer exists.

Is the handicap not backwards in the rules?
" The player with the lower handicap score uses this difference to
derive an Inducement Allowance. He or she may purchase inducements with this
allowance using these costs:"
But the player with the lower handicap score has the higher win rate (>65% win rate is a score of zero)

I only updated mine this year, I'd guess many TOs are still using the GW link.

Might be worth confirming how you calculate win rate as well
Is it wins/games or do draws feed in somewhere?

I'll clarify (it does factor in draws), though I won't be making any calculations myself as the naf site takes care of that...

I've uploaded a new rulespack with some corrections and clarifications on Andy Capp's Handicap.
Changes to MB XI in sum:
1. Handicap system giving bonus inducements to coaches with lower win percentages. Players use a single race only.
2. High Elf and Elf moved up to tier 2, replaced in tier 3 by Chaos Pact and Khemri.
3. Limit on skill duplication changed to three (from two).
Changes 2 and 3 are made in an attempt to balance the races out a little bit. Elf and pro elf have been very popular in recent years so I moved them up, but gave them access to a third dodge as a counterfoil. It also helps dwarves a little (underrepresented lately) allowing them a third guard if they want it.
Change 1 is a trial gimmick, helping out less experienced and competitive coaches with a small boost. In the spirit of Monkeybowl innovation I thought it was worth a try.
Any feedback on the above most appreciated, the handicap rule in particular. I've had some comments already, some skeptical some very positive. Hopefully people are keen to give it a try.
PS - lunchmoney, sorry I forgot to change the dead CRP link but thanks again for pointing it out!
