Boudica Bowl 4 6th/7th Feb '16 Besters wins 3 in a row

The HDWSBBL are pleased to announce Boudica Bowl IV taking place in Godmanchester, Huntingdon (same location as last year) on the 6th - 7th February 2016.
The dates are the same as last year so that we are not clashing with any other tournaments in the area and we hope we still see a lot of old and new faces attending we will also try and include the "Saturday Evening Curry" as well for all those who wish to join. The rules have mainly stayed the same as last year but there are a couple of tweeks to skill choices so please do read them below.
The cost will be £15.00 for a NAF member and £20.00 for a non-NAF member (which will include your NAF membership) and can be paid by Paypal account - Boudicabowliv(at)gmail.com or if you wish to pay on arrival (POA) please let me know. We will not be taking entry fees until September.

Rosters
Boudica Bowl will be using the Competition Rules Pack and all 24 teams, including Slann, Chaos Pact and Underworld can be used.
Each coach will get 1,100,000 gold pieces maximum to spend on their team.
All inducements are allowed, except for mercenaries, special play cards and wizards. Star players are allowed, but you must have 11 rostered players before you can purchase them.
Your team may feature non-GW miniatures but they must represent the race and position which is easily recognisable. Teams must be based, numbered and feature at least three different colours (after all you could win a trophy if they are painted well).
Skills
Before registration on day 1 a coach can pick skills for the team based on the tier the team is in (no stat increases are allowed):
Tier 0: Amazon, Chaos Dwarf, Dark Elf, Dwarf, Lizardman, Norse, Orc, Skaven, Undead, Wood elf (5 skills)
Tier 1: Chaos Pact, Elf, High Elf, Human, Necro, Slann (6 skills)
Tier 2: Chaos, Khemri, Nurgle, Underworld, Vampire (6 skills)
Tier 3: Goblin, Halfling, Ogre (7 skills)
At this point each team will be allowed to trade 2 normal skills for a double skill (up to 2 double skills per team) to add to a player of their choice.
Before game 4 starts each team will have extra normal skills available to the team according to their tier:
Tier 0: Amazon, Chaos Dwarf, Dark Elf, Dwarf, Lizardman, Norse, Orc, Skaven, Undead, Wood elf (2 skills)
Tier 1: Chaos Pact, Elf, High Elf, Human, Necro, Slann (2 skills)
Tier 2: Chaos, Khemri, Nurgle, Underworld, Vampire (3 skills)
Tier 3: Goblin, Halfling, Ogre (3 skills)
Each team will be allowed to trade 2 normal skill allocations to stack a normal skill to a player who has already received a normal skill (not one who has received a double skill and no stat increases are allowed).
Eligible teams for stunty cup are: Halflings, Goblins, Ogre only. Proper stunty teams only, rather than the pseudo-stunty cheats we’ve allowed in previous years (you know who you are
