Brassbowl X 8th & 9th december 2012 , Oostende, Belgium

As 2012 is running to its end, it's time for Brassbowl.
This yeear we celebrate our 10th edition.

The Tournament:
All team are divided in three tiers.
Tier 1: Amazon, chaos dwarf, dark elf, dwarf, lizardmen, norse, orc, skaven, undead, wood elf
Tier 2: Chaos, Chaos Pact, Elf, High Elf, Human, Khemri, necromantic, nurgle, slann, vampire,
underworld
Tier 3: Goblins, Halflings, Ogres
All teams start with 1.100 000 TV. Note the Khorne Roster from Bloodbowl the PC game is not
allowed.
Skills are selected according to lthe tiers and are allocated at the start of day before any opponent is
known:
Tier 1: 3 on saturday, 2 + 1 double on sunday
Tier 2: 4 on saturday, 3+1 double on sunday
Tier 3: 4+1 double on saturday, 4+1 double on sunday.
Stacking of skills is not allowed.
Halflings can hire a masterchef at 150k gold, goblins can buy bribes for 50k. Apart from these
inducements no other inducements are allowed.
The point system:
The scoring is 4 pts for a win with 2 TD's different, 3 for a win with 1 TD, 2 points for a draw, 1
point for a loss with 1 TD, and 0 for a loss with 2TD's or more.
Casualties caused by crowd-pushing, fouling and throw a rock count toward the casualties caused
by your team.
Swiss pairing will be used.
Prizes are for the top 3, most casualties, most touchdowns, wooden spoon and best painted.

Lodging:
We're still working with the youth hostel "De Ploate"
(http://www.jeugdherbergen.be/jeugdherbergen/oostende/) in Oostende.
People wishing to stay at the hostel should give us the names of the players staying as well as the
number of nights. The price for your stay should be very economical.
Registration:
To avoid last-minute cancelations players have to pay in advance.
If you register and pay before 1 december 2012 you pay 12€.
As of 1 december you pay 14€.

Friday evening plans:
On friday evening the venue will already be open and the club will host a normal games night. Any

As is traditional at Brassbowl we will be going to the chickenshack (De Koekoek) in the evening
for the finest chicken you can find for miles around. In order to be able to book sufficient room,
please let us know if you'd like to join.
