hosting :

o You can sleep on the venue in little dormitory
- no more beds available

o It is possible to put a tent in the grass near the location

o We are still working on a Hostel / bed & breakfast list near the venue

o it is possible to arrive as soon as friday afternoon

o It is possible to stay as long as monday morning (9h)


subscription :

o Price :
- "Full" formula : 50 euros for 1 player
- "Local" formula (= full formula minus the saturday evening meal) : 45 euros for 1 player
- Team subscription : 250 euros for the "full" formula, 225 euros for the "local" formula
- Additionnal price for 1 bed : no more beds available

o Beer etc. will be available at best prices

o Payment :
- It is asked to the team captains to manage the entire team subscription
- Please add the Name, NAF name and NAF number of the team players

Rules :

o Resurrection tournament : all deads and injured players are back for every games (raised zombies last just as long as the end of the game they are raised in)

o Team Tournament - Team of 5 players
o 5 different races in a team
o Team ranking and individual ranking

o To create his roster, each coach gets 1 150 000 GP to buy players, rerolls, apothecary, pop, assistants and pompom girls
A part of this ammount MUST be used to buy an element of inducement (or more than one if the coach wants it) included in this list :
- Bloodweiser babes
- Halfling chef
- Igor
- A starplayer allowed in his roster
- Special cards (maximum of 5 cards)
- Bribes (price of 50K for gobelin teams)
- NO SORCERER
Note: It is possible to have a team made of 10 players + 1 starplayer
Note: The apothecary can NEVER be used to save a starplayer

o Skills : 4 "normal" skills + 1 "double" skill can be put on the team's players (but not to the starplayers)
--> a player can not gain more than one skill by this way

o 5 rounds int the tournament (3 on saturday, 2 on sunday)
- Random pairing for the first round
- Double swiss system used for the rounds 2 to 5
We keep a few surprises and special rules for each round
Round 1 : In the Catacomb of Lutece
Round 2 : Some green skins and some men
Round 3 : Here, it is LUTECE!!!
Round 4 : Lutece Beach
Round 5 : the terrible Ruelle

o As always the LUTECE BOWL will reward :
The bests teams
The Bashlord (best casualties)
The Fanafriel (best Touchdowns)
The "Crampon d’Or" (best fouling casualties)
The bests painters
Etc.

o Other rules will probably not be too different from past editions and will be communicated very soon (TR110, resurrection, etc.)

o We will try to organize a small Flag football tournament for teams / players interested in it (bring some sport wear )


Note :
Subscriptions will be put in pause 1 month before the tournament (09 of may)
Since then, subscriptions will be taken 2 teams by 2 teams to keep an even number of teams

17 teams have already subscribed (85 players)
and we are waiting for 2 other payment

Some of the teams needs a additionnal player to be complete

One month before the tournament, there are already 20 teams registered (100 players) plus 1 that is preregistered

As previously said in the first post, all registration are paused and will be prosecuted 2 teams by 2 teams to keep an even number of teams

this is the ideal time to organize a team and participate to that bloodbowl party that is coming up
