Terra Nova Gaming club is holding it's first BB tournament!

We are a gaming club in Cheshire who primarily play WFB...however a few of us have ditched this false god in favour of the true faith. To honour Nuffle we decided to run a small tournament

What:

1 day, 3 game tournament. For the first year we are capping the entries at 16

Cost:

£10 to include some snacks tea, coffee etc. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and best painted team.

Rules:

LBR5.0 + Chaos Pact, Slaan & Underworld Creepers
1.1M GC teams
2 normal and 2 double skills per team (you can take normal skills instead of doubles)
No inducements except Master Chef for halflings and bribes for gobbos

NAF Ranked?

8 weeks notice is the rule....its on the site. If it has been run before and there has clearly been an oversight by someone, which happens, then the TD (not me note) will make a decision. But I very much doubt you will get that past with what is 19 days notice!!!

But, not all tourneys need to be NAF ranked...there are several (more than you'd think) that are not.

Aye...I looked into getting it NAF but though it was too short notice. This years GryphonBowl is a tester for next year. As it was it took quite a long time for me to get clearance from the school...hence the short notice!

We have run some WFB tournaments in the past (ask Geoff who won one I think) and they have always been great events. Although I was only in charge of the food in those days

I'm primarily running this to get us known on the BB scene so come along and support us if you can.
