Unfortunately, as the Hobbit doesn't open til 12 noon we have a tight game deadline..so it's probably worth grabbing a bite to eat beforehand. However if noone is in any rush to leave either day the schedule becomes a bit more flexible.

Gonna be difficult - we go on a family holiday on the 18th, so I supposed to be helping get everything ready.
Gonna do my best to talk my way into it though (gotta a couple of months).

I'm certainly interested. Is there any decent accomodation nearby?

On a more serious reply than Darksons - we have stayed a travel inn place before and it is walkable to the pub we play in. I cant recall the name right now but I am sure VB can tell us.

The venue, the Hobbit, is at Bevois Valley Road, SO14 0JZ.

Doing a quick search brings up the following:

The Travelodge is the closest, with the Hobbit just past the end of the road, but maybe some of the guys that have come before can recommend somewhere too?
