Albabowl (Scotland) - 14/15 June 2008

Many years ago, the Empire built a wall to keep them safe from the blue men.

The wall has since faded into history along with the empire. But the blue men still exist, and still issue an annual challenge to brave bloodbowl teams to travel north of the wall to see who is the champion of ALBA

Is this a one dayer Rob? Or did you make a typo?

I again won't be able to attend as my wife has hooked me up on some hiking trip in Norway. :-? :D

Yey! AlbaBowl!

Didn't want to add to the pressure that Jamie was going to heap on. But like him I'd be happy to help in any way.

And I'll definitely be there.

P.S. Regarding your rather precise twin arrival time, are they (medics) inducing or is that the due date?
If it's the due date that's impressive and good news.

Inducement tommorrow Dave.

I was the one enquiry and if this is going ahead me and the family will book a caravan for the week before

As soon as this is confirmed I will book

And I am assuming that was a typo and it is in fact a two day event

Yup it's a 2 dayer. And now off to the hospital to drop the missus off.

Gav, not inducement, caesarean section.

Draco, any excuse will do right?? You probably thought of the "I'm washing my hair" one, but realise that wouldn't work!

Thought of it, but there's not much left to wash after my last trip to windy Schotland.

I will be there, Neil too. Ant said he was up for it again, so we should get a good turn out.

At the end of last year I mentally penciled in AlbaBowl as a must-attender for 2008, but until now hadn't heard anything. Fair enough though I suppose. Seems you've been busy ;)

Put me down as very interested. I can't say 100% but I'll try my best.

  Strangely enough, evil and myself did think about it. Sandi heard about it, and the portcullis dropped over the front door!!
