· The latest ruleset will be used. This is the Living Rulebook 5.0. Of course the Q&A that go with LRB 5.0 will also be in effect.
· Teams can be bought for 600,000 gp.
· The ‘Illegal Procedure’ rule will NOT be in effect.
· Teams will reset after each match. This means all players are healed miraculously (even the dead).
· Wizards, star players and freebooters and inducements are NOT allowed.
· The coaches will be paired using the Swiss format, i.e. based on their ranking after a certain round. You'll never play the same coach twice. The first round will see a little tweaking in such a way that members of the same league will not play each other. Note that this is for the first round only!
· You are allowed to give 5 skills to 5 different players during the tournament. Players with the Loner extraordinary skill may not gain any skills.
1 skill, as per a normal skill roll, before the tournament, Should already be on your team roster.
1 skill, as per a normal skill roll, after each match.
After round 3, instead of giving a normal skill, you may also choose to give a skill to a player as if you rolled a double for the skill roll, (no stat increase).
· You have approximately 1 hours to finish your matches, 15 minutes before this time is over all players will get a warning. After 1 hours the moving player may end his turn and his opponent is allowed one turn ONLY to equalize the number of turns played. The score after that turn is the final score. Final regulations about this will be done by the Referees, whose verdict is final. They will try to make sure everyone is able to finish all of his / her matches.
· The Referee(s) always have the final word!
