I very much hope that my finances will let me attend this year, I had to miss 2006 and I was not happy about that at all!
Well, I suppose if I start saving now...

I'll let the rest of the guys know, but with the WC a week later, I'm not sure I'll be able to get the weekend off (plus I might be in a new job by then).
Is that £30 for everyone, or NAF members?

Yeah, am i wrong in thinking there was a discussion that Spikey would be better off in November, seeing as there's no Eurobowl?
I'm thinking a date so close to the WC could over-shadow it a bit, but of course its Dave's tournament so no probs, i could attend.

i had a dscussion with my committee and it was decided that if people didnt have enough money to do spiky and the world cup it in october then they definatly wont have enough in november(christmas run up) + i cant get november off of work
Hope this dosnt affect the world cup or the open.. but i dont have a lot of choice.
and as for the £30 currently its Botn NAF and Non NAF untill i have 20 names definate. then i can work somthin out..
hope to see you all there
cheers

Dave,
Put me down as interested, will certainly try to make it. I even enjoyed last year despite taking a beating!

Dave, more than likely one, maybe 2 or 3 more.
I'm a probably not, but I'll come down on the Sunday if I can, just to catch up if nothing else.

Yes I will be there Dave.
And I also think your committee is correct in thier thinking. I take Gumbo's point but you just cant please everyone and anyhow, with this date, you may well attract many of the overseas coaches coming from USA and Oz etc for the WC. If they are going to get on plane for a BB tourney, they may as well try and get in two.

Good point. Dave try and get these guys involved, that would be great!
