Can the random skills end up on players who already have skills, or might get skills on the Sunday?

The random skills for Round 3 can indeed end up on the player who was given a skill in Round 2. I believe Besters ended up with a Witch Elf with three normal skills like this last year. It sounds great but there's an eggs/basket situation to worry about too.

For Day 2 though, skills can only be given to players who haven't gained a skill the previous day.
