That would be OK with me from a player's perspective. It's not like we will have dozens of skills to keep track of.

You guys will have to bring your own steam whistle.
Yeah there is no way we are drinking that "beer" you have down there... my tap water has more alcohol in it.

Are you kidding? Ann Arbor is a college town, chief. If you're looking for something potent, it can be found, probably at one of the several drive through liquor stores scattered throughout the area.

I have experienced the drive throughs before, I used to live in Sarnia across the river from Port Huron. American beer is like making love in a canoe etc. ;)

GalakStarscraper wrote:Anyway, the question, my Chaos team has three converted beastmen, one with Claw, one with Big Hand, one with RSF. Is it okay to field these players are normal beastmen as long as I let my opponent know up front. Claw and Big Hand would my 1st chosen mutations anyway. But if I cannot use these 3 as normal, I need to rethink my roster.
That's fine. I can't predict what you opponent will say from a sportsmanship aspect, but it's okay be me.

If someone dings someone with my sparkling personality for a couple converted figs :D ... oh well ... I'll live ... okay then Chaos it is for me at UCon.

I'll bring along the Mino and CW's as Cheerleaders and Assistant Coachs types .. :)

Hey Neo ... another question.

Is this roster legal for the UCon:

2 Trees 220k
14 Halflings 420k
7 FF 70k
Master Chef 50k
4 rerolls 240k

If I'm allowed to have a Master Chef every game because he was part of my starting roster ... I'll break out the paints and get a team ready ... if not ... I'll stick to my Chaos team.

Your website didn't mention freebooting Wizards only Stars so I wanted to check.

No, sorry, you can't freeboot. That includes wizards.

So John do I need to register for all 4 games? Or do I only have to pay for entry into the convention? Do you have an upper limit to the number of people who can enter the tournament?

I paid my pre-reg through PayPal but didn't hear anything back about what I wanted to participate in... ah well I'll just show up and see what happens ;)

So it looks like we have around 6 people coming from Toronto, I'm looking forward to the tourney! And like Brian mentioned, I am already booked at the Red Roof Inn, hope to see you guys there too!

TH and I are booked at the Red Roof also ... might be able to talk Balrog (Dave Cook) also ... don't know.

We are playing 2 games each day right .... hmmmmm ... might bring my DungeonBowl board up. I've never been able to use it since I built it. Might be fun for some extra pick up games.

Bummer about the flings ... I was looking forward to trying them out. I'll try my Chaos team and see what happens, but the Master Chef is important to the game plan.

Hey now that would be a fun evening event. That and I've been iching to play on those Dwarven Forge "Master Maze" pieces you have.

Balrog definetly sounds interested in coming along. Their going to start to wonder if we're invading at the border :)

Not Deathbowl ... Dungeonbowl. But no reason you cannot play Deathbowl also.

I have this Dungeonbowl board I've been meaning to use and I'd love to have played at least one game on it at some point in my life
