i would rather have a res gutter runner than have played at the blood bowl :p

the late news of this also means that i have already sorted out to go to spiky that weekend anyway, I could have probably arranged to get out there and get me a gutter runner but obviously this wasn't known information

thats whats most annoying about it

Know of any gullible Canadians who don't know anything about BB mini's? (Zombie?) ;)

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

I am sorry about the tardy nature of the information but I let everyone know as soon as I knew :(

Yes Andy is bringing the Gutter Runners. I would have had to sell my soul, and gotten a lot of money for it, to buy that many Gutter Runners :D

Ah, well the bright side is that there will now be more out there which means eBay will have more and they will be more affordable. :D

I probably won't part with mine, but if there is anyone there that will trade one for some of the other stuff I'm bringing I will try to hook you up Grumble.

:o :o :o

Guess that's a serious blast against all those collectors who paid 100+ USD for that mini ...

That's another 40? 50? ... Res GR on the market. I wonder how many more Andy has in his drawer ...

Obviously this time Fanatic has invested even less money into their "limited tourney attendance miniature" than the 5 Pence for the copper coin at BB: namely nothing, they just pulled out some old limited edition mini from the attic they already used three years ago.

Good lord that I never jumped on that mini and bought one for 100+ US$.

Anyway, congrats to all who are getting one.

Maybe somebody could ask Andy to shell out some more Res. GR for the second year NAF membership price. After all, they don't seem to be so rare. Probably they even got cast new for the Death Bowl.

For those of you who wanted to know (MEL!), I've just booked a room at:

Le Motel La Siesta
Greenfield Park
3179, boul. Taschereau, J4V 2H4
(450) 671-7555 / 1-800-463-4118

It was only $79 a night for two people! :o The woman I spoke to wasn't the most polite, but she did mention that I could have got the room with a whirlpool/spa! So it can't be too bad! So at least 2 people will be there.
(This is the hotel Brian suggested on his website)

Another friend in the TBBF booked at:

Comfort Inn South
7863 Boul Taschereau
Longueuil, Quebec Canada J4Y 1A4
877-678-9330

It was $95 - $100, but is farther away on the same street.

Hope this helps! I left it to the last minute. :D
